Rare and important Art Deco centerpiece bowl by noted American Art Deco period workshop, Palmer Smith ( Arthur Jesse Palmer Model 713 ) . The oval bowl is supported by four faceted balls, which rest on a thick oval plinth base. This example is in good original condition showing only light cosmetic wear normal and consistent with age.
Fully and correctly marked on verso, as shown.
