The ornate filigree ormolu base features a scrolled, perforated star-shaped footed pedestal topped with a circular cream-colored marble platform that serves as a foundation for a charming figurine of three cherubs, playfully depicted standing back-to-back, holding hands in a circle.

Suspended above the cherubs is a lavish crystal bowl, which serves as the focal point of the epergne. The bowl is hand-cut with a delicate cross-pattern, featuring an undulating lip. A cascade of two-tiered crystal prisms dangles from the rim of the bowl. The hexagonal faceted upper prism and the much larger, tear-shaped faceted crystal prism both shimmer with a kaleidoscope of light.

Within the crystal bowl, a brass column rises to support an ornate, filigree ormolu winged bud vase holder.
