A Handsome, versatile 19th century country French provincial diminutive hall table, writing table or desk carved from walnut. The top and frieze have a gracefully curved serpentine shape with a large storage drawer with a sleek pull. The case is decorated with carved walnut leaves and the corners have acanthus sprays on the tops. Supported by elegant cabriole legs ending with scrolled feet. The walnut has a lovely warm honey patina with desirable age on the finish. Use as a console table or a small small printing table.
Measures 35.5" in width, 21" in depth and 32" in height.
