This lovely sombrero shaped chip and dip tray with speckle ware finish was made by the Metlox Manufacturing Co. from Manhattan California. Metlox produced this sombrero chip and dip tray along with many other versions in the 1950's that they produced up into the 1960's. This sombrero chip and dip tray measures 13" long by 12" wide and it is 3" tall. This Metlox Sombrero chip and dip tray is in Excellent Condition with no cracks, no crazing to the glaze, and only two chips to the rim for the age of the piece.
