C.1970's-80's: Transitional, and contemporary for the era is this attributed, Maitland-Smith Tessellated stone lidded keepsake box, with brass hinged back. Exterior has an almond to a khaki colored stones with white and cream veining throughout, while an inlaid brass pencils trim is a design motif, along with a celadon green and a soft coral pink linear wrap-around design, which grounds the esthetic of the entire box, finally with an Interior lined khaki to almond color, felt lined interior, original to box, and immaculate condition. Perfect for that small, unobtrusive keepsake box, for any entry foyer, coffee table, for that special boudoir area, or vanity, the bedroom domain, one's smaller scale jewelry box, or for those special inclusions, etc.
