A striking Spanish gilt metal chandelier dating from the 1960s, featuring six gracefully spiraling arms woven through an abundance of intricately formed leaves and accented with colored glass details.
The sculptural design gives the chandelier a lively, organic quality, while the warm gilt finish and jewel-like glass accents add richness and character. It is in very good vintage condition and has been recently rewired to accommodate six candelabra bulbs. The fixture is not UL listed.
Measuring 33 inches high and 24 inches in diameter, this chandelier makes a dramatic statement while retaining an elegant sense of proportion. It is sold with a matching chain and canopy.
