A Antique Pearlware Spode Green Grape Pattern Scalloped Sweet Meat Dish Circa 1820’s
Spode, founded by Josiah Spode in 1776 on High Street (Church Str) Stoke-on-Trent, England.
Very rare variant to the grapes pattern, Our example has green coloured grapes, whilst all of the other examples I have seen are with purple grapes.
Size: 9 1/2" by 8", and 1 3/4" tall.
Condition: excellent overall condition. No chips or cracks, and very minor glaze wear/use and age marks. Excellent state of preservation.
