This spectacular and stunning sixties Poole Silver Co. Fluted Champagne and/or Ice Bucket is the height of effortless glamor! Featuring Hollywood Regency Style the Silver Plated piece is accented with beautifully detailed Lion Head knockers that function as handles. Additionally, the top rim is accented with an intricate floral-like pattern. Santé!
Poole Silver Company opened May 21, 1895 in Taunton, Massachusetts. Poole was an early developer of electro-silver plating techniques and later, in the 19th century, began working in sterling. In addition to barware, many of Poole’s famously-known products included sterling silver flatware, hollowware and cutlery. In the early 1970s, the company was bought by Towle Silversmiths.
