An Antique Brass Figurative Gentleman's Shoe Message Clip / Sometimes know as a Newspaper Clip. It can be used as hung on a wall or as a desk top accessory. Note that it is Embossed wih the English Diamond Registry Mark that was Only Used Between 1842 and 1883.
It Measures 1 5/8 inches tall x 3 1/2 inches Long x 1 inch Wide.
