The … Read more This is a Great Looking Original Pair of Authentic Antique Men's Leather Equestrian Riding Boots. Circa Early 20th Century. The Original Fitted Maple Wood Trees - Stretchers Have Solid Brass Hardware - Finger Hoops as well as a Embossed Brass Plaque That Reads - MANFIELD 1629 CHESTNUT STREET PHILADELPHIA - This I believe to be The Retailer that Originally Sold the Boots. The Top of Each Wood Tree is Embossed "MADE IN ENGLAND" and Most Likely Where the Boots Were Made. I Cannot Find a Shoe - Boot Size Number ? but Based on Their Larger Size I am Pretty Sure that They are Men's. Condition - They have Been Worn & Used Extensively Over the Years as Their Appearance Would Indicate Along the Way They have Developed that Authentic Wonderful Color & Patina that Cannot be Duplicated - Display Beautifully.
