Here is a stunning pair of French Loius XV Style arm chairs ready for an update with new upholstery. The wood frames are in very good, extremely sturdy vintage condition, featuring a support crossbar stretcher on the legs of each chair and lovely shell motif at the seat back crown. They are heavy for their size, quite substantial in comparison to newly manufactured products of today. A wonderful testament to the quality of vintage American made furniture.
This style makes wonderful seating for staging photography shoots!
They are unmarked, likely attributed to Fremarc or Drexel Heritage.
The existing upholstery is in need of replacement and the webbing warrants replacement as well as result of deterioration of the fibers over time and minor staining. Here is your chance to customize this fabulous estate sourced find.
