It's constructed of lacquered goat skin … Read more Mid-century ice bucket made in Italy by esteemed Italian artist and designer Aldo Turo. It's constructed of lacquered goat skin over a mahogany wooden base with a brass lid and handles. It features a beautiful silhouette, slightly wider at the base, then tapering upwards with two rounded brass handles on either side. The inside is fitted with a waterproof liner.

The bottom is marked with an "Aldo Tura" logo sticker,

The ice bucket is in good vintage condition, there is some oxidation discoloration marks and patina on the brass, shown in photographs. We have left the metal in its found condition and have not attempted to remove the marks. See less
