Here we have a vintage green uranium glass cake plate. Made by Anchor Hocking during the depression, circa 1930's. American depression glass is iconic and so much fun to collect!
Darling Princess pattern, the cake plate has three feet and cute tab handles. Beautiful green glows bright neon green under UV light. Very good condition considering it's age and use. There are light surface utensil marks, but no chips, no cracks and no repairs. There's one tiny spot on each handle that feels like a molding flaw, which is very common to glassware of this era. They feel like a smooth divot, perhaps there was a bubble in the molten glass? Please examine the magnified photos carefully and feel free to ask questions....thanks for looking!!!
