Extremely sought after silk Moroccan cushion trim. I visit Marrakech often and these pieces were one of my first treasures. I purchased these back in 1994 from a dealer who supplied Yves Saint Laurent with his antique textiles on display at the time at his small private museum in Garden Majorelle. The trim is meant to be stitched to a single edge of a cushion so when the cushion is displayed on a sofa or bed, the trim falls off the edge. The pieces are sold individually. Saffron dyed, marigold orange in color.
Overall width measures 10" (5" with trim + 5" tassel)
Each piece is approx. 20" in length.
