Exquisitely painted on the finest crystal ( Baccarat quality) with polychrome enamels with precision. Note: there is an old restoration on the bottom part of the stem not noticeable which further indicates the importance of this piece as only the finest antique art glass was cherished and valued enough to restore for the purposes of conservation ( many pieces in museums have similar restorations).
