Chinese porcelain dragon bowl, delicately formed with a narrow bisque rim, and a salmon red glazed interior, exterior and inset base. The interior is decorated with a finely carved, four-clawed, sky dragon chasing the Pearl of Wisdom amid fluffy clouds and Taoist flames, all in low relief and capped by double trim lines near the rim. A single character mark is incised to the inset base. The finely carved, traditional, Chinese, hongmu, plate stand is included. Circa early Republic of China era, no later than mid century. Excellent vintage condition.
