Fantastic 1990s era original promotional poster for this iconic restaurant.
Among the many things Clyde's is known for, it's fresh seafood - and wonderful seasonal food events - are things folks in the know plan their calendars around. With always clever and appealing marketing materials!
This is one of two posters we have on offer - identically framed and of the same series.
13" wide by 16" tall by 1" deep. Presented in a simple but well done navy blue molding to enhance the glorious image and colors of the poster.
Artist signed in the ground of the poster - Forney.
In keeping with Aesop's fable, Fox and Crow's Motto is "Beware of False Flattery!" So, with each listing we offer a true confession about the item...
A few years ago we had the rare opportunity to purchase a few things from the Clyde's decoration/props storage building in Virginia. These posters were among those items - and we have treasured them in the kitchens of our homes ever since. One of our favorite finds ever!
