One can imagine the hours lovingly dedicated to building this precious piece for their child to have years of enjoyment. The house is made of wood and paperboard, and looks like a Midwest farmhouse. It has steps leading to a covered porch with hinged door, slanted roof with dormer, and large open interior space to play. Add your own charm with figures like shown in the last photo. There is wear from age throughout including splitting wood, crackling paint, and missing window mullions. This type of folk art is a rare find!

House measures 27" square with an additional 5-1/2" depth for the stairs. It is 24-1/2" high to top of chimney. See less
