Circa Late 19th Century. It still Retains its Wonderful Naturally Aged and Weathered Mustard Yellow Paint. The Front also has its Original Applied Multiple Color Paper Label ( Excellent Graphics ) that Advertises the Maker "KEYSTONE" and Identifies the Contents "MINCE MEAT" Etc. This is the Large Bucket that Would Have Been Used in a Country Store to Sell and Dispense Mince Meat to Customers. I acquired this piece on one of my recent Picking Adventures in the Down East Coastal Maine Region. It is in All Original - Just Exactly as it has Survived Over the Years Condition and Along the way it It has Developed that Wonderful Honest Age and Use Weathered Colors & Rustic Patina that Cannot be Duplicated. Displays Greatly!.
The Bucket - Firkin Itself Measures Overall ( Not Including the Swing Handle in the Up Position ) Measures Approx 10 inches Tall x 11 inches Long - Wide at Base.
