Beautiful, vintage Murano hand blown black and pink ribbons over white Italian art glass folded rim decorative bowl. Created in the manner of designer Dino Martens for Aureliano Toso and the Fratelli Toso company. The bowl still retains a very clean blue and silver "Murano Glass - Made In Italy" label. It is attached onto the concave pontil mark underneath. The pattern was made with very large white and pink ribbon canes stretched from the center, alternating with black lines, creating a unique color pattern. Striking bold design. Would make a great display piece on any dresser, coffee table or credenza. Use it as a catchall, candy dish, or even ashtray is so inclined. Mid-century era. Measures: 7 3/4" long x 7 3/4" wide x 2 3/4" tall.
