The fluidly wrapped, sculptural silhouette: of a wrap-around, defines this chairs design. Upon the back rest, which runs thru the wishbone-like section of the wood, on the backside top of leg frames, then meets into the front, whereupon it serves as armrests and conjoins to the section within the front legs, a cylindrical brass, dome-like fitting, which are imbedded within the front walnut wood section of front legs. The back support wrap-surround has been NEWLY, PROFESSIONALLY POWDER-COATED, which gets imbedded with custom screws made especially for this chair, to attach backrest to wrap-around banding. It has a superb esthetic, with the intrinsic design elements of materials used, along with strength and conviction, of form and function, as it is easily recognizable for this attribute. NEWLY and professionally, refinished walnut wood frame, NEWLY re-upholstered in a "To the Trade," Vinyl Textile by Brentano called, "Mineral," as one can tell the offset little ticking areas mimcik shale. as one sees the scaling or shaping of mineral factories when the slicing and of layers of minerals , hence the name given the textile a wonderful versatile vinyl. WE ALSO have this textile not the Mid-Century Iron stools herein. The before and after restoration and updates textile given to this highly sought after and coveted, seminal piece.
