The piece is attributed to the Salviati company. The body very minimalistic and abstract. The polka-dot pattern really makes it stand out. The turtle is also made with Uranium / UV reactive glass, as It glows neon green under a black light (see photos). It is made with solid and very heavy glass. Would make a great display piece on any desk, credenza, or coffee table. Mid-century era. Measures 9 1/4" long from head to tail x 5 3/4" wide x 3 3/4" tall.
