A gorgeous large Italian ceramic sea shell or clam motif serving platter in cream. This platter will be a great way to serve guests at your next gathering. It is created from porcelain or ceramic and glazed in a creamy white. The shape is oval, with upturned edges. The top side of the serving dish features four clam shells, sea shells (or even perhaps lily pads) with scalloped edges, and ribbing from the center of each to the edge of the platter. The middle of the platter is plain. The bottom of the piece is marked in black with "Made in Italy". We've not seen anything like this piece before, so it will be a truly unique addition to your next dinner party. Alternatively, it would be great displayed on a wall or bookshelf.
