Beautiful condition, keeping in mind that this is vintage and not new so will have signs of use and wear even if it has been refinished or restored. Madison Furniture was located in Canton, Mississippi and owned by Louis Shornick who started the company in 1953. Arthur Umanoff designed for Madison Furniture from 1962 until sometime after 1973. In 1966 the company merged with Shelby Williams Industries and Mr. Shornick retired several years later.
