Stunning vintage mid 20th century Japanese ceramic platter! The script is written in Japanese kanji and says "Refreshing Wind, Koshin", likely referring to the region it was made in. It is also signed "Uhyang", which is the moniker for the very well known Korean-Japanese ceramic artist Kim Doo-Seun (b.1968-d.2010.) Would make a lovely presentation platter for sushi or even to hang on a wall.
It measures 12" in diameter and 1" in depth and is in very good vintage condition as shown, with no chips or cracks.
