While we can't pinpoint their exact age, the construction suggests that they probably date to the early 20th century, likely @ 1920's. The chairs are substantial in both weight and roominess, with a generous seat and tall back. Arms curve out from the back of the chair and then curve down into a graceful scroll at the front. The chairs are very comfortable, and the upholstery appears to be original. The color is somewhere between a midnight blue and a deep charcoal grey - please see photos which were taken in natural light. See less
