Mid 19th Century Napoleon III Era French wall clock by Sarda Besancon. Features an oviform with serpentine ebonized wood and a glass face. The beautiful clock face is enameled porcelain and showcases roman numerals in blue framed with applied Neoclassical gilt brass frames. The clock is mounted in a wooden case with mother of pearl inlay foliate inlay within neat asymmetric shapes. The clock is in running condition and chimes.
