The chair showcases traditional Chinese carved details on its wooden frame. The top rail is adorned with carved scrolls, nicely echoed on the base. Each section of the chair is enhanced by carved outlines while the seat rests on a carved skirt. The seat and the back are made of rattan, a traditional Chinese material contrasting beautifully with the dark hue of the brown lacquer.
