An English, mahogany, satinwood, walnut, and fruitwood hanging cabinet or cupboard with quality block inlay borders on the door and along the edge of the cabinet. A string satinwood oval on the door surrounds a lovely inlaid posey holder with flowers and a ribbon. Dates late 1800s.

- There is some wear to the finish on the crown molding. There is a small turn latch at the bottom … moreThere is some wear to the finish on the crown molding. There is a small turn latch at the bottom of the door to keep it from opening. We don't know if it is original, an add on or replacement. The shelf doesn't look original, but it might be. Also...2 tabs were added to left side of the cabinet to secure it to the wall. On the inside right a screw was used to secure that side of the cabinet to the wall. We have priced accordingly. It's a lovely piece and I think the tussie-mussie inlay if just wonderful. less
