Presented in cream matting and gold gilt frame. Image: 6"H x 9"L. Harper was active for many years in New York City and East Hampton. Harper's memberships included the Artists' Aid Society and New York Etching Club. He exhibited at the National Academy of Design, New York Etching Club, and the Pan-American Expo, Buffalo, 1901.
