It's not cobalt, nor is it the typical light blue. The color and pictures are truly to life. The elongated style of the bowl seems rather champagne-ish, but also it's clearly for wine. It's as though some whimsical fairy came along, created a new color of blue and then decided she didn't know if she wanted a nice white wine, or a champagne brunch with a mimosa. So she pulled out her fairy wand and badda bing, badda boom. Mimosa fairy blue champagne goblets. AND I am now putting that on the description. See less
