This is a somewhat rare piece of French art pottery made in a similar style to the arts and
crafts pottery made in the US in the 1890-1920 period. (The best ever). It was manufactured
by the pottery of Elchinger et cie around 1910. The mark is France, which dates to the very
early 20th C. The vase is hand painted over a ground of deep cobalt, and then glazed.
The condition is perfect.
