In bold, bright colors and shining glaze, this piece is decidedly Asian in motif as evidenced by floral choices and architecture of the depicted structures. Raspberry pink, purple and yellow accents are nicely punctuated by the intense violet blue back drop.
Generally, in very good to excellent condition with minor craquelure common for the age and visible only on the underside. It's a rare and exceptional piece of beauty likely dating from 1930-1968.
