white dial ring with silver numerals. As usual on the early models with horizontal 3 and 9. The blued screws are also typical of the watches before 1960 and create wonderful accents.

year of manufacture: 1955
the perpetual spectacle of the rotating torsion pendulum can be admired through the glass case. It performs its half-oscillations with seemingly eternal constancy.
interesting facts:
the movement of the clock stands out with its cylindrical case on the back. Inside is a bellows-shaped expansion chamber containing the saturated gas chloroethyl. Under fixed pressure conditions, the ratio between liquid and gas changes significantly under the influence of temperature fluctuations, and consequently the pressure in the expansion chamber also changes. A temperature change of 1°c displaces the bottom of the bellows by approximately one millimeter, thereby exerting pressure on a spring in the bellows. The chain mounted on the spring transmits the force to the movement and thus supplies the energy for approx. 48 hours of running time.

Orders where Free Local Pickup or Seller Managed Local Delivery were selected:
- Upon inspection, If you decide not to move forward with the purchase, you or your agent must refuse the item at the time of pickup/delivery from the seller

Cancellations

- Chairish Freight Delivery
