An antique flat-top writing desk with burled amboyna and mahogany veneer with gilt bronze (ormolu) mounts. Fitted with one frieze drawer flanked by a stack by two short drawers on each side. Raised on tapered square legs. Secondary wood: oak. Leather writing surface.
