This vintage William & Mary mirror is a lovely statement piece, boasting a scarlet red Japanned* finish with intricate gold painted details. The chinoiserie design is elegant & whimsical, while the pierced arched pediment enhances the overall sophistication of the piece. Stamped "Chapman Made in Spain" on the back, This was likely made in the mid to late 20th century. Despite gentle wear consistent with age and use, this mirror remains in good overall condition, with only minor imperfections such as desilvering on the mirror.
Condition: Good Overall – gently worn. The mirror has silver loss and some small black spotting.
