A large 19th century English Victorian brass-mounted papier-mache dressing box, lidded casket form, exterior in a black lacquered finish embellished with brass mounts, the top lifting open to reveal a striking blue interior fitted with a removable compartmentalized tray over open compartment, rising on bracket feet.
