This beautiful carved secretary/writing desk is traditional simply design with three drawers on the front and lattice foot rest on the bottom. Both sides and back are finished. It was made from solid elm wood with carved bronze hardware on the drawers, very smooth in about 1890's with natural finished. You can easily see from the pictures that some of the age wear but it shows you the beautiful patina. This stunning antique piece reflect the furniture art of Qing Dynasty.
