These were purchased at an Eastern NC estate and came from a smoke and pet free home. Very sturdy and comfortable to sit in, minimal wear to the fabric, a small stain on one seat cushion (see photo) that you really have to look hard to even find, we recommend just flipping the cushion to the other side!
