Mark Rothko ( 1903 - 1970 ) is an American Modernist painter of Russian Jewish descent. Rothko is considered to be one of the most important and influential American painters of The Twentieth Century. The rare out of print framed Abstract Expressionist large format museum poster print measures 29 1/8" W X 38 5/8" H X 1 1/2" D.

It is custom framed with UV protective plexiglass in a Contemporary Modern satin finish bleached white oak wood museum box style frame molding, with an attached hanging wire on the reverse back side for easy wall installation.

It is in excellent " like new " condition. The poster print is in excellent " like new " very clean vintage condition consistent with age, very light signs of handling, and very light minor wear in the lower bottom margin area.
