Here is a beautiful side tray table that has a brass and glass top on a metal base. The tray top is made with a thick, scallop edge brass that encases the glass, so it's one piece. You can lift the top off easily but it's pretty sturdy when placed on the base. The base itself is metal but looks like bamboo stalks, complete with faux rattan wrapping around the joints. The base is painted in a dark brown. Please note that I have two matching tables. Both are lovely!
