  • "Pam V.: Hi there, I've uploaded an additional pic showing the quality of the drawers. The piece is currently stacked in my showroom floor, so I wasn't able to get a good pic of the back. White there does appear to be some mdf, it is a Jack Cartwright for Founders. Again, when we evaluate a piece, it is about the overall condition and quality of the construction & thickness of the veneer. Thanks!"

  • "MODERN MOBLER: thank - you for the quick reply however I would like to know if there is any particleboard, mdf etc. under the veneer? Thanks again, Pam"

  • "Hi there, Its certainly not solid walnut. In 17 years of collecting & hoarding, I only come across a solid walnut piece about once a year. I expect the substrate to be a less expensive wood. What you're looking for is the thickness of veneer & construction quality. The piece is intended to have a deeper & rich reddish walnut color. All of the pics are accurate, except for the last pic which was for a specific inquiry; and taken in poor lighting. Let us know if you have additional questions. Thanks!"

  • "Hi one picture looks reddish the other picture looks brown? What does it look like in person? Any particle board or mdf under veneer? Is it solid walnut? thank- you, Pam"

  • "Hi Ellie, All of the drawers are the same size (slight less that 5" in height, 25" wide). The dresser stands 9.25" off the floor. The legs are attached / part of a plinth base with 'stretchers' between the legs. The 9.25" includes the leg & base. My staff has since uploaded a photo of the dresser's top from my showroom floor. Please let us know if you have additional questions. Thanks!!"

  • "Hi, Very nice set. I want some more information on this. Do you know what brand or designer it is? Is it made from solid wood or veneer? What made you say this is Walnut? To my untrained eyes it looks like teak or rosewood. Thanks. -Ali"
