It is a small icon, intended to be a traveling relic carried for veneration and protection
The Cyrillic text around Jesus reads "Vsederzatel" - Almighty in Russian
The text above the two kneeling Saints at the base is hard to fully decipher for us, but likely lists their names
Circa 18th century, Imperial Russia

Measurements: Approx. 3.5" wide x 4.5" tall x 4mm thick
