Sublime large scale model 1518 lounge club chair made by Fritz Hansen in the late 1930s or early 1940s. The dramatic proportions are low and wide. Smooth tufted backrest. Superbly comfortable the chair has a very strong presence to anchor any room. Newly upholstered and refurbished in a beige 100% Australian merino lambswool that looks and feels like shearling and maintains many of the same properties while being more eco-friendly. Excellent condition.
