Large polychrome glazed "Famille Jaune et Verte" porcelain foo dog 20th c. This Foo Dog is the typical female with pup (she is often paired with the male with front paw resting on pierced ball) decorated in overglaze enamels in brilliant yellows, greens and browns and having white biscuit porcelain teeth and claws. Tang style, painted ceramic Foo dog; Marked "China" on the base.
