Large and heavy Victorian Silver Plate Serving Tray with elevated Handles, Platter, Serveware by
Watson Silver Company, circa 1950s.
The Tray has a Botanical Design of Maple Leaves to the design, scalloped edges, rope borders and the center is etched with a display of leaves, clam shells and flowers.
Trademark EPC DSD 0553 and some letters from Watson on the reverse.
The Watson Company produced hollow-ware for Wilcox & Wagner from 1900 - 1929 , incorporated in 1920 - 1955 in charge of all the silver operations. Acquired by R. Wallace & Sons in 1955.
Serving Space measures: 15.5 x 11.5 inches.
