About The Poster: Because we are trivia nuts, "The rolling paper was invented in Spain, not France. The Spanish already traded tobacco to the new world long before the French were. In 1660 the Lacroix family began producing paper. In 1736 they opened a factory and founded the Lacroix Rolling Paper Company." (littlegoa.com)
Who knew?
We recently received this spectacular poster featuring an advertisement for rolling paper featuring a very handsome bull (the brand is, after all, called Toro). Linen-backed and in lovely condition (there are some residual tape marks on the left margin, please see photos), it is beautiful and ready to frame.
