The brass is nicely aged, showing tarnishing and patina, more notably along one side of the seat. The seat top was professionally reupholstered in a pebbled black vinyl. This vinyl is on a very high quality and shows a stunning button tuft. The cushion is fastened along the bottom side, and can be removed. less
