The Brocatee Marble Clock of Siena, made in the Temple Spirit, is topped with a bronze sculpture with a golden patina representing a lion of the Roman circus underlined by a twisted wand in brass.
The cornice is bordered by a frieze of oves also in gilded bronze.
The entablature, embellished with patterns of the Archangel Gabriel on the facade and lion's head on the sides, is supported by four columns with Corinthian capitals resting in chalices with acanthus leaves.
The glazed interior has a pendulum whose enameled and chopped brass dial is graduated in hours in Roman figures.
The whole rests on a base with palmte decoration ending with small toupied feet.
This garnish is accompanied by a pair of large capslab in five lights in golden bronze delicately carved with foliage and scrolls. The bougie carries recall the petals of a flower.
Each of the candelabra is embellished at the top with a spark plug -like outburst.
In the spirit of the pendulum, the barrels are supported by larger chalices based on a square base with palm patterns and also ending with small toupied feet.
