These are ceramic made in the 1940s in Japan. They are cream colored with vibrant roses decorating the inside and gold trim.The plates are about 8.5" in diameter and have a circle to place the cup. The matching cups are 2" tall and 3.75 in diameter. There is slight wearing on some of the gold trim but otherwise fantastic shape! See less
